Thank you for your interest in our family! We are the Hortons, and our family got started when Jon and Cindy married in 1999. Since then, we’ve added three sons – Nick in 2000, James in 2004, and Robert in 2007 – and have lived in six houses in two states.

We are grateful to know Jesus Christ as Savior and to see our children learn about Him and choose to grow in His grace (2 Peter 3:18). Jon and Cindy both teach Sunday School at our church – Jon teaches the 3rd-6th graders, and Cindy teaches the nursery class, babies through 4 year olds.

Cindy homeschools the boys and enjoys learning alongside them. Some of our favorite times are reading good books aloud as a family and taking nature walks through our beautiful West Virginia forests. We’ve discovered some amazing places searching for geocaches using a GPS device.
