Wow. Good for you for going at it so well. I can't seem to budge my weight even though I'm trying to eat better and exercise more. I think I'd better set some goals like you! Good luck with it!

Hi! Well, good for you for looking at the positive and realizing every healthy choice is a step in the right direction. The scale is not the only measure of success. In Weight Watchers, which is what I'm doing, they tell you to cut your one slice of pizza in half, so you psychologically get the fulfillment of going back for more, but you still only eat one piece. They also say to eat slowly because it takes at least 15 minutes for your brain to register that you've eaten a meal and might be satisfied. I also like Walk Away the Pounds...you can probably get it pretty cheap on EBay or somewhere since it's been out awhile, but it's an easy 20 minute low impact aerobic workout that's easy to fit into the day, and it does feel like a workout. Also, I have been weighing and measuring my portions. I have a little scale I use, and I bought these serving spoons at Weight Watchers that are actually measuring spoons...very handy, and nobody would ever know they weren't just serving spoons. :) This week I lost 6 pounds, and am down 31 all together.

Drinking more water is good. I can relate to eating too much pizza--it's so good and so easy to gobble up those slices. I have limited myself to only two slices per meal. That way it lasts longer and I have it Sunday, Monday and Tuesday! Yea!! Once suggestion I have that maybe you already do is not to eat after 7 p.m.
