Fabulous Blog Themes from Template Lite

If you’ve read many blogs, you’ve likely noticed that most have a unique “theme” or layout/design to their blog. These themes can be found through a Google search or by going to the Word Press web site if you use a word press blog (which I do). I’m using the Photo Frame theme from Template Lite.

When I first started my blog, I searched through the Word Press themes for a long time before I found this one. I love this theme for several reasons. First, it separates each entry onto its own “spot” on the homepage. On some blogs, I have trouble figuring out where one entry ends and another begins. Sometimes the “add comment” link is at the top of an entry, sometimes it’s at the bottom. And I sometimes have trouble locating which link applies to which entry! So I like that this theme places each entry clearly in its own space. The little paperclip is a nice touch too! I think it adds a nice “desk” feel to it. Of course, if there’s a paperclip on my desk, I’d never be able to find it. Someday I’ll clean this up…

The second thing I love about this theme is the customizable, rotating photo at the top. I’ve uploaded about five or six photos, and you should see a different one each time you load the blog. Hit your refresh button to see it change now. This feature makes the blog truly my own, a reflection of my family.

I’d like to thank Brian at Template Lite for all the hours of work he has put into creating this theme. He provides the theme for free use to all Word Press bloggers, no strings attached. Thank you, Brian!

Brian has created several other themes which are also available at Template Lite. If you’re starting a new blog or would like a new look for your current blog, stop over and check out what Brian has to offer!
