Ah, food! Who doesn't love food? All the flavors, smells, mmm. It's easy to see why gaining weight is so
much easier than losing weight.
I want to share with you things I have learned about good nutrition and how to help your family be healthy and
stay healthy. Of course, I'm not a total stick-in-the-mud and love sweets as much as the next guy. (Mmm, donuts....)
